Telecom lithium batteries must support stable backup runtime, cabinet installation, remote maintenance and reliable BMS protection in hot, cold and space-limited sites.

1. Define load and runtime

List the DC load, critical equipment, required backup hours and whether the site also uses solar or generator charging. Runtime targets determine capacity and rack quantity.

2. Confirm voltage platform

Most telecom backup systems are 48V class. Tuorde TRD-LR48200 is listed as a 51.2V 200Ah rack battery for base-station backup and communication sites.

3. Evaluate BMS and temperature

The BMS should manage overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, balancing and temperature protection. Hot and cold sites may need additional derating or climate review.

4. Check rack and maintenance constraints

Confirm cabinet depth, cable routing, ventilation, communication interface, monitoring method and service access before final module selection.
